I'm a mom and Beachbody coach in Fabulous Las Vegas (soon to be Certified Personal Trainer too). I lost about 20% of my body weight over a decade ago and I've kept it off. Why am I telling you this? Because I know what it's like to be fat, I know what it's like to be out of shape, I know how hard it can be to change that, and I know what works! Just ask, and I'll share what I know.

* High School! I was the sedentary kid with no flexibility or stamina. BMI 21.2

* College! Well at least I walked a lot. Learned a lot of bad eating habits. BMI 22.2

* Wedding More ...

* Wedding Day! It rained. Seriously, BMI 23.6

* Got a Job! Started lifting weights and went out of my way to walk more. Ate too much with "the girls at the office". Our diet attempts were laughable. At home we ate too much junk food. BMI 26.3-28.1.

* Had a baby! Only 3 pounds heavier post-pregnancy. Unfortunately I was fat to begin with. I gave up. BMI 28.7

* Went on a low-carb diet with my husband! No real exercise, however. BMI back down to 22.

* Started to work out! First just a stationary bike, some weights, and stretching. Later 10 Minute Trainer. We liked the results!

* Switched to ChaLEAN Extreme! Got ripped! One co-worker asked "Are you doing that PX-90 thing??" My arms did bust out of a few blouses....

* Just started Insanity! So far we like what we are seeing. My legs are looking great.
