My name is Mike, I work as a pediatric ICU nurse in Las
Vegas. I've been active my entire adult life. I started with cycling which is
still a passion of mine although I haven't done it in many years. I've been
weight training for 21years. I've learned many things over that time, and
have made significant changes to my body. But I have not reached level of
physical fitness that I have

I have completed 2 rounds of P90X, and the results are fantastic. I have dropped 2.5 inches on my waist from 30.5, I'm down 10 lbs and I'm Currently at 9% body fat. After taking two weeks off to nurse and injured shoulder, I'm now on P90X+ and it feels as if I've lost all those gains I made with P90X. So its back to the grind stone for me. I hope to be posting more transformation pics in the near future. In the mean time Stay committed and push play.
