I was born with both dislocated hips - and that required if I want to continue my priviledge of walking I needed to be thin. I am 5'-1" and up to my mid 20s I kept a good weight to 110 lbs. I got married and after the birth of my daughter I was 170 and I lost plenty of it through Jenny Craig program and Kathy Smith work outs (that was in 1990) Since then the weight slowly started to come back,

I feel so much better. Lost some weight and some inches. There is less of me, however so much more to give. I would like to encourage all people with physical disabilities to try it, modify all moves that are imposible, but stay moving for the duration of the session, and you will see how your body gets stronger. I will be taking a couple of days off and will be starting over April 16th again for another 6 weeks of workouts. Will take the 2-day shakes before that and will see how I will do the next time around. Stick around will share more pics and will share more about my transformation. HURRAY!!!!!
