I was raised in a small town (1500 people) were everyone knew everyone. I have ALWAYS struggled with weight, but was able to be "average" athletic build by staying active. Even in high school I was a size 8-10 and around 150 lbs (kinda big for my 5'5" body), and have always hovered about there. I finished day 90 of P90X in May of 2009. I lost approximately 15 lbs and was as "cut" as I have ever been! It was truely amazing. With summer schedule, vacations, and more I was not very regular More ...
I finished day 90 of P90X in May of 2009. I lost approximately 15 lbs and was as "cut" as I have ever been! It was truely amazing. With summer schedule, vacations, and more I was not very regular about doing P90X and gained about 5 lbs. I am able to stay at this weight and fitness level by teaching a Zumba (cardio dance) and Toning class. I have a hard time starting back on P90X because of time contraints and excuses. I just ordered Insanity and am excited to try a new program. I hope to incorporate this into my fitness regeim, not necissarily following the exact schedule, but make it work for me. I am excited to get "cut" again!
