Long story short, I love sugary foods, especially pies like Key Lime and Apple and sugary drinks like Arizona Sweet Iced Tea. As you can probably gather, this has had a negative impact on my waistline. In addition, my Grandfather died from Diabetic complications and my Moms was diagnosed with Type II.

My issue isn't so much working out as I like being physically active but more in sticking

I've been working out an average of two workouts a week since November 2008. I just restarted after an entirely too long period of inactivity. My overall goal: To get into good enough shape to be considered for a Turbo Jam video (Where are the Black men?)

4/1/12 - Restarted P90X as part of Carl Daikler's April photo challenge. I also became a Coach - I'm committed to finishing this time and now I"m drinking Shakeology (Literally sipping da Kool-Aid!).

12/14/12 - Hurt myself doing P90X, Started and FINISHED ChaLEAN Extreme, waiting with baited breath for my Les Mills Combat - my soulmate workout - to arrive!
