I continued my exercise program of swimming and rebounding. In October 2008 I began Slim in 6. Six months later, I started P90. Last March I started drinking Shakeology on a daily basis. In July of this year, I began eating 100% uncooked, unprocessed foods. This combination has resulted in losing over 25 pounds and 12 inches.
