I have had to change some of my workouts due to an injury, the Beachbody program has given me many different options for workouts and they can be done at home. Which is great, with a busy lifestyle More ...

I have had to change some of my workouts due to an injury, the Beachbody program has given me many different options for workouts and they can be done at home. Which is great, with a busy lifestyle and three very active children going to a club is not always easy. The idea of getting into shape for Summer and Ski season really excited me. I am using the tools and the excitement of Beach Body for my transformation.
