I'm a retired police officer. My husband is a police Sgt. I can't wait for him to retire so we can spend more time together. We have 2 great kids and 3 'perfect' grandchildren. Had kids young, retired young and love being a grandma.
I like to read, crochet, knit, scrap, do church work but most of all spend time with family. I like working out but get bored easily so am always changing what I do.

I'm in my 2nd month of Chalean Extreme and feel so much stronger. I'm seeing transformation in my body everywhere except my waist. I'll admit that's due to diet. As I said in my bio. That's where I More ...
I'm in my 2nd month of Chalean Extreme and feel so much stronger. I'm seeing transformation in my body everywhere except my waist. I'll admit that's due to diet. As I said in my bio. That's where I need help. I don't eat sweets, just don't eat enough fruits and veggies. Also go without eating which I know isn't good. But I'm working on it.

UDATE: I've finished the Chalean Extreme program and am now into the life phase. I'm amazed at how much stronger I've become and how much better I feel. Am happy with my weight, and body except my waist. I realize I concentrated on my workouts but not enough on my diet. So....transformation still in progress.
