A year ago I weighed 210 lbs. In February of 2008 I decided that had to change once and for all. I began walking and making better food choices. Over time I added distance, speed, swimming, the gym, even a trainer. I did pretty good on my own - I dropped to 165 lbs. I went from a size 22 to a size 16, but that isn't good enough anymore. It's better all right but I want more. SO, I ordered

Seventy-two days in and I'm feeling great! The first two months flew by and I am seeing drastically increased strength over all. I'm able to keep up better and do more each week - it is fantastic!  More ...
Seventy-two days in and I'm feeling great! The first two months flew by and I am seeing drastically increased strength over all. I'm able to keep up better and do more each week - it is fantastic! I've lost 2 inches off of my hips already and my fat caliper measurements continue to drop! I'm totally sold! For mother's day I bought new clothes and exercise gear and even fit back into my favorite little black dress - I haven't been able to wear it in 6 years! I've dropped 2 dress/pant sizes since I started P90X. I love Kenpo X, Core Synergistics, X Stretch, Shoulders & Arms, and even Plyo X now. May 30th will be my 90 days and I'm so thrilled I've stuck with all of this. Everyone has such nice things to say about how I look and how far I've come. Thanks TONY and Beachbody and my coach too! I plan on doing eight weeks of the Slim Series and then start my 2nd round of P90X on August 1st.
