More statistics| WhitingRN A year ago I weighed 210 lbs. In February of 2008 I decided that had to change once and for all. I began walking and making better food choices. Over time I added distance, speed, swimming, the gym, even a trainer. I did pretty good on my own - I dropped to 165 lbs. I went from a size 22 to a size 16, but that isn't good enough anymore. Seventy-two days in and I'm feeling great! The first two months flew by and I am seeing drastically increased strength over all. I'm able to keep up better and do more each week - it is fantastic! More ...
