I am a life long distance runner got fat and am now 52 and want to get going again I ran the Boston Marathon in 1984 in 2 hours and 45 minutes when I weighed 153 or so and now I am over 200 and ran 4:14 or so last time out would like to do the same marathon again this year and take an hour off the time and hopefully be pack 30 less pounds i was 209 at the finish last year
