Success in anything, takes hard work and dedication. My resolution is to make changes, that will affect my "now" and later. Regardless, the acceptance of change takes adjustment, which means time.
Success in anything, takes hard work and dedication. My resolution is to make changes, that will affect my "now" and later. I am the one choosing change, but realize I will go through a period of adjustment. My body will change. My mind will change. Ultimately, my health will change, leading to a brand new me.
To realize this is what it takes to succeed is just one small step in the process. One must then take action. To stay on course, you will need will power, or in my case WILPOWER.
Everyone comes to at least one crossroad in their lifetime. I am at one, right now. Few have the guts or resolve to change their current situation.
Most of my life, I have been in relatively good physical shape, playing 3 sports in high school, then recreational throughout college and into my adult years. I now desire to be in the best condition of my life.
My ultimate goal is change. I will struggle, but will have the resolve to push on and become successful in this new venture until I have met my current goals. I will then push beyond these and create new ones.
If you are ready, and you want to affect change, let me know. I will be there for you every step of the way, as any good coach does. My goal will be to put you in the best possible position to be successful. After that, the rest is up to you. I will guide and develop you, but the rest is up to you. I will attempt to stop you from falling into potential pitfalls, but the rest is up to you.

05/03/11 Although, I have not been keeping my blog up to date, I have still been going strong on the program. I have found that work and life in general make it very difficult to stay on task, but More ... 04/14/11 Have the last 30 days been difficult? Yes. Have I purposely skipped days and programs? Yes.
