We have a single focus to assist ourselves and others through a journey of personal development of the mind, body, and spirit.

Our goal here at home starts with the example we set as parents to six wonderful children ages 1-10 yrs. We homeschool for the mind, nurture each other through the word of God for spirit, and now... the goal of daily and family focused exercise / nutrition program.
