On Thursday,July 3rd 2008,I purchase a pair of jeans I've had my eyes on(Ann
Klein).I use to wear a size 24 and now I'm a size 18.Yes, my Ann Klein jeans
are an 18!!! I am happy that the hard work is paying off overall mentally,
phyiscally and spiritually. Keep pushing play.

~~~~NEWS FLASH EFFECTIVE AUGUST 14, 2010~~~~~~

Since I joined WOWY in 2007, I have lost a total of 47 pounds :-) :-). I am out of the 200lb range and I feel much better that it is starting to come off nicely. As of April 2010, I've been really working hard on my intake of food because that is a struggle for me. I am taking it one day at a time and I am succeeding. Besides me losing 47pounds, I am losing inches all over and my body is getting leaner and stronger. I love the progress that I am starting to achieve because I have refocus my energy towards food differently. I am planning my meals each day, taking my lunch with me to work and have incorporated foods that I though I would never eat. For example: oatmeal. LOL!!

Basically, what I am saying is that I am eating a more balance well rounded groups of foods that fills me up. Like more fruits, vegetables, leaner parts of protein and carbs(wheat instead of white). Not eating to many fried foods anymore. My foods are baked, steamed, broiled,etc.

Thank you all for reading. I am here for you as well. I just love the support that we have on this awesome website.

Continue to stay focus and keep bringing it like I am.

***** UPDATE FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2010*****

I got on the scale today to see how I am progressing and I lost 3.4lbs. That brings me to a total of 50 pounds lost.

I will continue to push play and eating clean. :-) :-) :-)
