I have always been active. I played sports through high school. In college, my roommate introduced me to long distance running. I also worked for a fitness nut who kept challenging me to do more. Sit-ups were the measuring stick and I maxed out at 575 without stopping. At the time, my boss was 55 and he had to top that by doing 1000. After college I kept it up and regularly ran 10Ks,

I started the P90X program on June 23, 2008. I’ve really tried hard to follow the diet program. I did cut out all junk food, soda, candy and starbucks pastries. In addition to the workouts, I still More ...
I started the P90X program on June 23, 2008. I’ve really tried hard to follow the diet program. I did cut out all junk food, soda, candy and starbucks pastries. In addition to the workouts, I still run 3 or 4 days per week, usually on the Plyo, Yoga, Kenpo and rest days. This is definatly the real deal. Each workout I’m able to push harder and harder which only accelerates the progress. My body fat at week 4 was under 7%.
