18 year old college student. 5'11". I also do Muay Thai on the side, anywhere from 3 to 5 days a week. It's very intense (2hr class) and basically makes my P90X a permanent "doubles" program.

I bought P90X while I was still in High School back in September of 2007. Because of limited time and inconsistent diet I ended up missing workouts and finally just gave up. I tried working out in the gym during the summer of '08 but it just wasn't the same. I felt like I was getting a better workout but it was all short term and my diet was slacking.

By November 2008 I decided to start up P90X again and finally go all the way through the program. At my heaviest, I was about 173..every time I came out of the shower and looked at my self in the mirror I kept getting reminded of my embarrassing man boobs and love handles. Something had to change. I went through the 13 weeks in about 4 months since I spent a month on winter break in another country but the results were still impressive.

I haven't stopped ever since and I'm on my 3rd round of P90X as of June '09. I stick 100% to the diet...where before it was only about 60%. My results aren't as drastic anymore since I have very little body fat left but I still feel the fitness improvement with pull-ups and push-ups. My next goal is to save up for the SelectTech dumbells.
