Hey guys!!!

My name is Wyndi, I'm 26 years old and I live in San Diego, CA. I just started
Power 90 and I'm doing great so far, although it's only my second day ; )
I'm a Medical Assistant and I'm working my way up to challenging the LVN
board. I am also a U.S. Navy veteran (separated from Active Duty in July
2008) with 7 1/2 years of service...I used to be in great shape but I've
completely let myself go. My combination of horrible eating habits and a
sedentary lifestyle have definitely taken their toll on my body and my self-
esteem. I'm 5'4" and presently a size 9-11 depending on the clothing and I
weigh about 150 pounds. By no means am I what an average person would
consider "fat" or "obese" but I'm definitely not in shape nor do I have any
muscle tone or endurance. I'm certain that if I continue the path that I'm on
now, my weight will only increase. My goal is to get down to about 125 lbs
and to gain muscle tone and definition. My fiance is deployed right now and
set to return in Aug/Sept and it would be an awesome surprise to be slim and
sexy for him when he comes home. It's a little scary going into this because
I'm one of those people who makes fitness goals and then gives up after the
first week or two due to sheer laziness. I want to break the cycle now...I can't
stand living like this, no energy, no motivation...it's not the way I've
envisioned my life to be. So I'm starting now, hoping that this website will
help to encourage me and get me to where I need to be. Can't wait to meet
you all!!!! : D
