I am 22 years old, 5'3" and 170 lbs. I wasn't always overweight (so cliche!), but in the past if I gained a few pounds, I'd just go on extreme unrealistic diets and slim down....then gain that and at least ten pounds more...now I am at my all time high and fed up. My plan may seem "overly ambitious" but I have stuck to it for 12 days (and counting!) now and feel awesome, so I think its working great!

930am: Zone Perfect Bar (protein bar)
1145am: 15mins on treadmill w/ weights (3-4mph)
1230pm: Turkey Lunchable
200pm: Zone Perfect Bar
515pm: 15mins on treadmill w/weights
600pm chicken wl peas or broccoli
730pm: SI6 ab video
800pm: SI6 stretch video
9pm or later: Sleep
I am eating almost exactly 1200 cals a day, eating every 2-3 hours, drinking plenty of water, pushing my hardest when working out, and keeping a smile on my face! By far, the best thing for me so far has been to NOT THINK TOO MUCH ABOUT WHAT I HAVE TO DO AND JUST DO IT!!!
