I am the Wife of a great man and a Mother to two amazing children. We have been blessed with great health and we love life. Life is crazy and hectic at times with a lot to juggle. But it's all good. I believe in finding balance in the mental, physical and spiritual areas of life, as I strive to be the best that I can be in those areas. Not perfect, not always happy, not always having the best

I believe in finding balance in the mental, physical and spiritual areas of life, as I strive to be the best that I can be in those areas. Not perfect, not always happy, not always having the best answer, but content and more importantly, at peace. I love to workout and to physically challenge myself. Right now, I need this workout to get in better shape and push myself harder than I have before. I know I can do better. I look forward to the challenge of the P90X workouts and bettering my body!
