My tranformation story started Jan 19th, 2011. Here's what I can tell you, it was hard work and I struggled. My first introduction to P90X was the "easier" Cardio X" option; to put it into perspective, the 45 minute allotment gets much longer as you reach for the "pause" button and 2 hours later, I finally finished. No matter how badly I wanted to quit, I kept pushing myself and wouldn't let that become more than a thought. I kept digging deeper and bringing everything I had, as Tony would say, I did my best and forgot the rest. (Okay, maybe I had a little bit of rest)
With the support of a great coach and friends, I kept hitting play and as the days passed I could feel myself getting better!
It's now June 2nd, 2011 and my weight is right around 235lbs. I can do 80 push ups and run almost 2 full miles. And while I am not in the best shape of my life I am working towards that goal.
