I am no longer a Transfer Officer, I have been a Police Officer for the past three years. I crushed my goal weight of 215 pounds three years ago completing Power 90 and graduating into P90X and was at 200 pounds when I change careers. That's when things went wrong. I graduated the police academy and was sworn in on December 8th 2008. I immediatly stared my FTO program and found myself falling back into old habits, by not taking time to eat right and instead, eating what ever I had time for (FAST FOOD). I began not taking the time to work out and by the end of my first year as and Officer, discovering that I was using every excuse in the book as to why I didn't have time. I had fallen off the wagon so to speak and was reminded on a somewhat daily basis by fellow Officer's, as they gestured to my less than six pack abs, "Is that a P90X Gut?". Not only had I realized that I have let myself down, and in a sense my co-workers, but I was letting the company and the multitude of programs that I had grown to love down. I was no longer a product of the product, I had lost my way. It took some soul searching to come to terms with my failer and to realize that we all fall at some point in life. It's not the fact that we fall, It's how we jump up and dust ourselfs off and learn from our mistakes that makes us unique. I refuse to accept failer and am in the process of getting myself back into shape. I am currently 228 pounds, NOT FOR LONG!!! Stay tuned...
I'm a 32 year old Transfer Officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and a Volunteer Fireman. I'm married with three children who I plan on being around for as long as God allows. In the mean time I feel like its my duty to keep myself in the best shape possible. I've always considered myself to be a naturalist when it comes to food,or as my wife puts it "A health food nut". But as the years have passed I have realized that proper diet or healthy eating mean nothing if you don't excercise. I've worked for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for thirteen years and have watched my weight go from 215 to 255 to my current weight of 245. It's time I practice what I preach and start including excercise with proper diet to get myself in the best shape of my life. That's were Million Dollor Body comes in. I've watched my brother do it with this program...now it's my turn!

I never thought it would be as easy as just making a simple choice that enough was enough and pressing play. That's because it wasn't, it's like I said before you've got to include proper diet aloug with exercise and sometimes that can be a challenge all in it's self. But I did it!!! With the support that comes along with milliondollarbody and my brother, I not only met my goal weight of 215, I surpassed it. I currently weigh 203 and finally realize that my goal is much more than just a number. It's sharing with others that they too can achieve their goals. How did I do it? Starting with my eating habits, portion control, that's a big one, followed by natural foods and whole grains not to mention good supplements. Then there's the workout, Power 90, tame by all means compared to P90X or P90Xplus, but it worked for me. Everybody has to find there own nitch and believe me there's a video for it. DECIDE,COMMIT,SUCCEED, AMEN!
