I'm a 44 year old mom of 2 boys under age 4. I have a 10 month old baby and love healthy living, traveling, and my family. I work at Zimmer, Inc., a global orthopaedic device manufacturer. When the time comes to help those hips and knees, Zimmer will be there! :-)

I got married later in life, had babies in my 40s, and want to get back down to that 19% body fat I was living with 7 years ago. I
