I started P90X in February 2009 to build some muscle. After a month the biggest difference was in my waist. I slimmed a little before the second phase when I started to notice my abs and chest getting defined. After 3 months I had added an inch of definition everywhere.
After 7 months of P90X I took some time off in the fall. But in the winter of 2010 I started P90X+. I needed a change of pace to keep me interested. After 90 days of the Plus I've added more definition especially, to my arms and shoulders. I might have to try Insanity next!
