Hi, I'm Aaron and I am excited to tell you about my story. My story so far that is.

I started using P90X in July, 2009. Some people at my work decided to have a weight loss / fitness competition. The goal was simple, lose the highest percentage of body fat in 3 months. P90X was the focused on program to use for this competition. I started with 36.2% body fat and 241 lbs.
