More statistics| ab02 South Plainfield, NJ I've been exercising off and on since the age of 19. I will be turning 36 in December, I'm a single parent, attend night college and the list goes on. Due to my hectic schedule I'd fallen into the trap of relying on fast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
