I've been exercising off and on since the age of 19. I will be turning 36 in December, I'm a single parent, attend night college and the list goes on. Due to my hectic schedule I'd fallen into the trap of relying on fast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner! I made it through my first round! It was tough but well worth it. I'm taking a week off before starting round 2.

I made it through my first round! It was tough but well worth it. I'm taking a week off before starting round 2.

Here's an update, I missed serveral workouts due to a very hectic schedule but not many. I actually gained 10 lbs by slacking on my diet with Holiday food. I'm currently 233 lbs and my target is 220 lbs. Although I didn't do so well regarding my diet I did make significant improvements with my flexibility and strength.

My main goal for round 1 was to simply complete it while missing as few days as possible and increasing my strength. Mission accomplished! In round 2 my goal is to continue to improve my strength and flexibility while reducing body fat. Sticking to my diet of Fat-Burn is my top priority and I'm confident with the Holiday season behind us I will not have any problems. I will be posting new pics within the next week.

For all those reading this who are just starting P90X, I can tell you the routines do get easier and you will become stronger as time goes on so hang in there.
