Hello Everyone!!!
I have always been an active person playing sports in high school, college, currently, and I love to workout when I have the chance. On the other hand I also like to eat the wrong foods and the wrong portions at the wrong time. While playing 3 sports in high school (football, basketball, and track) and playing basketball in college I could eat whatever I wanted and maintain a very fit build since I was burning so many calories throughout the day by training so much. Since college I would go from working out a lot to not working out and go from strict eating plans, to vegetarian, to eating whatever whenever only to see either a 25+ pound weight loss or a 25+ pound weight gain depending on which plan I was following. With the combination of work, businesses, grad school, doctorate program, marriage, and two kids; working out and eating right became much more of a challenge as my available free time decreased and stress level increased.

I have always had gym memberships and I would either use them frequently or not use them for a while. My ideal day, which I have been able to experience before would be to go to the gym, take a Yoga class, run on the treadmill for 30 min., lift weights for 30 min., play basketball for an hour, swim 2 laps, sit in the whirlpool, sit in the steam room, take my shower then go to Smoothie King or Smoothie Factory. The only problem is I have to cut out 4 hours a day to do that.

After watching the P90X infomercials I became intrigued with the idea of muscle confusion and the 60 min. workouts. I was consistently going to the gym when i first saw them and felt like I had hit a plateau after going to the gym 5-7 days a week for 4 months and losing 20 pounds. A short while later as my doctorate program became more intense I had stayed up later and worked out less and then fell back into bad eating habits and gained 20 pounds back over a couple months. At that time I realized I need to find a more efficient way to workout and remembered the P90X infomercials. My old basketball trainer bought the DVD set for himself and said he was impressed, a short while later I took the plunge.

As I started posting my daily progress on my social networks (facebook, twitter, and myspace)I received a great deal of feedback from friends about the program and how it was going. Within a week I saw changes in my body and the nutritional plan helped me understand what to eat an when to eat to the point where I felt like a nutritionist. A close friend of mine told me about the business opportunity beachbody.com offers and I knew I needed to take advantage of the opportunity to create another stream of income as I knew friends who purchased beachbody.com products from my personal reference already.

At the end of the day, we all want to be healthier, in better physical shape, and better financial shape. This has become a win win situation as I improve my physical and financial health simultaneously; without spending 2 hours at the gym, eating like a rabbit, selling, or meetings, the program, supplements, and life long benefits sell themselves.

The Decision Is Yours!!!

Thank You
