I absolutely love this program and it has changed my entire outlook on life. I also work in Hip-Hop Abs. I have finished Asylum. Next up is a hybrid schedule of P90X/Insanity/Asylum. T P90X2 is here and I have started. I am also mixing in Rocking Body with phase 1 of X2. YAY! I am here to help you out whether you are just beginning or already into a program. TOGETHER WE CAN DO THIS!
