My name is Alexia Wardell, Lexie for short. I grew up in Nampa Idaho as the oldest of four kids. I have always been an active individual. My mother was heavy into Volleyball and softball and therefore I followed in her footsteps. As a family we enjoyed the outdoors, especially hiking, camping and fishing. I was always very active, I used to run in addition to the organized sports I played. My name is Alexia Wardell, Lexie for short. I grew up in Nampa Idaho as the oldest of four kids. I have always been an active individual. My mother was heavy into Volleyball and softball and therefore I followed in her footsteps. As a family we enjoyed the outdoors, especially hiking, camping and fishing. I was always very active, I used to run in addition to the organized sports I played. Growing up I was always very flexible, always in good health, and in all around pretty good shape. When I was 22 I served a mission for my church and no longer had the opportunity exercise as I once did. Upon returning from my mission I never did get completely back into a routine. I was not "unhealthy" but excercise was not part of my daily practices. At age 25, I married a wonderful man (who now happens to be my beach body coach). Being healthy and having a physically fit body was important to me, but it was hard for me to get out an excercise with my schedule... or at least I think that is what I would tell myself. At age 26 I was pregnant with our first son. My weight shot up as I put on 55lbs. After the birth of our son, I had a very hard time losing that weight. I did weight watchers for awhile, and walked every day with my son. I dropped 35lbs but it did not stay off. I fell out of my routine as my son got older. Exercise became difficult when I was trying to attend to a growing baby, and then toddler. At age 28 I became pregnant with our second child. This time around I only put on 35lbs, but I still had an additional 25 I had not lost from the first child. Now that our second son is born and a few months old, I am ready to change my habits and really do something to not only get back in shape, but to really become healthy again. It is important to me to establish good health, nutrition and fitness habits, not only for me, but for my boys. In a day and age where so many children face child obesity, I want to provide a good example to my children. Since the birth of my children, I have started a photography business. My business requires me to move around quite a bit, to get up and down off the ground and so forth. What use to be easy now hurts my joints. I don't want to give up my passion for photography because I can't move the way I need and want to. I have seen a number of people use the beach body products and have seen results. I hope to achieve the same.
