Ruston, LA I'm a college student who, while trying to adjust to the decrease in physical activity, gained weight during my third year of school. I was extremely active in middle and high school (even for the first two years of college): I played soccer, ran track, did marching band...you name it and I'm sure I would've tried it. I was extremely active in middle and high school (even for the first two years of college): I played soccer, ran track, did marching band...you name it and I'm sure I would've tried it. During my first year of college I did maintenance on my body to keep it looking fit, and my second year I played on the University's womens soccer team. After quitting, I lost the motivation for running and working out--probably because I wasn't being forced to wake up early and work out with the team. I've tried a few other, less strenuous workout programs, but because of my build, I wasn't receiving the results that instructors said I should've been getting. Hopefully P90X will whip my body into shape and help me keep it that way! I'm definitely looking forward to day 90!

I'm a college student who, while trying to adjust to the decrease in physical activity, gained weight during my third year of school. I was extremely active in middle and high school (even for the first two years of college): I played soccer, ran track, did marching band...you name it and I'm sure I would've tried it.
