More statistics| adamt Hi, My name is Adam St George and I currently live in NE OHIO with my wife Tracey. I've always enjoyed working out on a regular basis and for the most part eat healthy. I did notice as I got to my late 30's and as I hit 40 , I kind of Plateued. I started to actually put on some weight even though my diet and exercise routine were almost the same.
