I did slim in 6 and absolutely loved it. It was my first beachbody program. It was definitely a great program to start with.

Later, I started P90X, then decided to do Insanity. I am getting ready to start Insanity and hope to see even more results!

My dad is who really inspired me to do a workout from Team Beachbody. He started the P90X and he is 51 years old. He was working out and I could see MAJOR results in only 3 weeks! He dropped 15 pounds within those first 3 weeks.

I knew that if he could do it then I could too! So I decided that I wanted to get toned up and look my best for me!
