Well I started at 231.6 lbs. That is way to heave for a guy at my height and also working full-time for the Army Reserve. I was 121 lbs at age 21, when I went to Basic Training for the Army. 19 weeks More ...
Well I started at 231.6 lbs. That is way to heave for a guy at my height and also working full-time for the Army Reserve. I was 121 lbs at age 21, when I went to Basic Training for the Army. 19 weeks later I weighed 155 lbs. Not long afterward I got married and we had 8 kids together, and yea, were still married. I then spent more weeks than I would like to say in graduate school. I peaked last Summer 08 at 255 lbs. I weighed in today (12 Nov 09) at 221.2 lbs.
