I live in Tehachapi CA., The land of four seasons (all in one day). It is a really nice town to raise a family. I have gained my weight after having my 3 kids. One day about a year ago I looked at myself and couldn’t believe what I saw and I couldn’t tie my shoes with out feeling like I just ran up a mountain. I got the P90X in January of this year (2009). Started and never finish it. I weight 230puonds then, on my own I have lost 35puonds. I can tie my shoes know. My goal is to be 145puonds. I love biking, hiking and any thing that moves me. Love working out in the morning. My goal is to feel good when I move. Join me and lest move and keep pushing play.
