I am a stay at home mom to 4 kids. I am currently entering my second year of college pursuing my bachelor's degree in criminal justice. I was thin until I becme pregnant with my second child and since then its been an uphill battle. My personal goal is to reach the 145lb mark.

I started at 211 pounds in September of 2007 and have managed to get down to 188 on my own. I decided to try the slim in 6 series after trying their video On Demand from my cable provider. I love the workouts simplicity and effectiveness so I chose it to help with the second half of my goal. I have researched tons of workouts. I am usually sceptical due to being raised by an aerobics instructor/body building trainer. My mom ran two spas for a large chain when I was young so I spent alot of time in a Gym and learning techniques so I can spot an unhealthy exercise a mile away. My personal goal is reach 145lbs. Being 5'3 that is a healthy weight I think.
