I am a wife and a mother to 3 crazy kiddos. These four people are my world. They make me laugh every day.

In addition, I am a fitness instructor in the DFW area. I LOVE my job! Sharing my passion for fitness is so much fun. Seeing people come back class after class and watching their success is wonderful.

Growing up, I was a ballet dancer, a backpacker and on the swim team. I danced all through college. Kiddo number 1 came along during college and those last 10 pounds would never go away! And it More ...
Growing up, I was a ballet dancer, a backpacker and on the swim team. I danced all through college. Kiddo number 1 came along during college and those last 10 pounds would never go away! And it took a long time to get to the point where there was only 10 pounds to go...

After college, we moved to Texas and kiddo number 2 came along. Eventually all of that pregnancy came off, but those 10 pounds from the first one were still there. arrgghh. A few years later, kiddo #3 came along. And again, that weight came off, but not the original 10 pounds.

My neighbor got me to join a gym and I started going all the time. I loved the classes. I was there 5 days a week! Loved it. Eventually I even decided that I could teach those classes, so I got certified and now I teach many classes a week.

Finally I started watching what I was eating and those dreaded last 10 pounds came off. Whew!!! All those classes at the gym couldn't do it. I had to add healthy eating into the mix. Go figure.

Fitness is a way of life now. I love my job. The greatest day teaching is when a student tells me of her/his success. Let me help you succeed. I want to be a part of your story.
