Hello; I'm in the United States Air Force and I started P90X back in early 2009 and haven't looked back! Currently I've done 2 rounds of P90X, 1 round of Insanity, 1 round of Chalene Extreme, 1 round of RevAbs, and countless hybrids of Tony Horton's One on One series.

Starting P90X for the first time was easily one of the best decisions I've made in my life! I

When I decided to get P90X, I initially just wanted the Ab Ripper X so I could decimate my abs. However I decided to "try" the entire program and see how far I could go with it. Once I got past a few More ...
When I decided to get P90X, I initially just wanted the Ab Ripper X so I could decimate my abs. However I decided to "try" the entire program and see how far I could go with it. Once I got past a few personal landmarks (noteably Days 3, where I thought I was going to die, and Day 30 when I knew I could do the entire program) I knew I could hang in there and make it to graduation on Day 90! Since Day 1 back in April 2009, I've dropped my waist from a 34 to a 29, my 1.5 mile run dropped from a 11:39 to a 10:15, pullups have quadrupled, and I find that I have enough energy to play with guys half my age in a roller hockey league! I thank the Lord and have never enjoyed my physical life more than I am now...

My overall goals are to accomplish the following:
1) Handstand (without using a wall or cheating!)
2) Doing a standing backflip
3) 20 "Impossible" pushups without falling off the med ball!
