I have always had an issue with my weight.
I was already 5'7" by the time I was 11 years old,with my self conciousness came in-activity, and the weight packed on. I hovered at 155 thru my tween and early teen years.

I did little to change my habits,but I moved to California on my own @ 15 years old...and public transportation and walking everyday to work as well as learning to surf

I was fat and un-fabulous and headed for fit for life!I started with "Slim in 6" because it was challanging all over body workout.And as much as I could handle.I was stuck on Start It Up for weeks.Itried to push past but would crap out about 15 min into Ramp It Up!But I just kept Pushing Play!
I had it forever.I finaly started using it!

When I needed to lose weight after having a baby, and of course had a time crunch, so I couldnt go to a gym.I have always loved the BeachBody workouts and they had this oportunity to become a coach thru MDB(Million Dollar Body).

So I became a coach even though I didnt already have a hot bod!

I figured the best way to stay on track with workouts was to *become a coach* because then for sure I wouldnt miss the workouts,I was commited to the workouts,commited to my team!

And at the same time I could inspire other people to stay on track.And inspiring people in life is so important to me.

So basicaly;thats what I do,inspire other people to stay on track,help them with moves on the workouts they might not be able to get or familiraize them with the videos and the club website.

I want to inspire all of my friends,and everyone that reads this page to make this the year that each and everyone of you makes a change in your habits and becomes 'one of those people' that others ask "how did you do it ?",comments "somthing is different about you", "you look great;so healthy"...

This Team Beachbody journey Ive lost 78 lbs total(223-145) and feet upon feet of waist line and thighs!All thanks to the MDB workouts and the ML eating plan!

I am no longer animic and have no signs of diabetes that runs rampent in my family, or cancer(that aparently stress brought on ,excercise keeping stress at bay?I think yes!).I can get out and play with my 4 year old daughter and can get in and out of my car without pain or fatigue.I can sleep thru the night (except for my daughter waking me up!) and get up without being groggy.Here is to another year with MDB!
