Initially when I started working out on 1/1/11, I decided to do Power 90. As of 1/22, I started doing Rev Abs as my primary workout. I love Rev Abs. Abs are so hard to get flattened and defined. More ...
Initially when I started working out on 1/1/11, I decided to do Power 90. As of 1/22, I started doing Rev Abs as my primary workout. I love Rev Abs. Abs are so hard to get flattened and defined. Because of this, I decided to give this program a try. As of 2/25, I'm on day 34. I love the workouts. They are quite intense and challenging;however, I love the results that I have gotten so far. Now my diet hasn't been perfect and I haven't eating everything that I should; however, I'm not going to beat myself up. I'm going to continue to push and play and see where day 90 takes me. I plan on making improvements in my diet; in addition, I plan on sticking to the work out plan. My full transformation with weight, measurements etc... will be posted in April of 2011. Rev Abs Rocks!!!!!
