Grapevine, TX Hi. My name is Michael and I am a husband to my beautiful wife, Audrey and a dad to three wonderful boys. I love getting outside with my family and being active.
As a teen and young adult I played competitive soccer and was very proud of my fitness level and physique. At one point in college, I trained for a boxing match and reduced my body fat percentage to 2.25%. That was right around the Hi. As a teen and young adult I played competitive soccer and was very proud of my fitness level and physique. At one point in college, I trained for a boxing match and reduced my body fat percentage to 2.25%. That was right around the time I met Audrey. As is often the case, she and I married, settled into a routine, got jobs, and slowed down. Before I knew it, I put on nearly 35 pounds. Talk about your all-time bait and switch! My apologies to Audrey.
Fortunately for me, Audrey did not give up on her fitness (or me) and she encouraged me to get back in shape. So, I trained for and ran the Fort Worth Cowtown Marathon and in doing so was reminded what a joy it is to be physically fit.
She also recently bought me P90X and I am thrilled with my results. I have developed muscles in areas where I didn’t know I had muscles and I am on track to become fitter than I’ve ever been. This system works!
Folks, being fat is a drag!!! Every day I feel better than I did the day before. The beauty of P90X is that I work out so hard I don’t want to ruin my efforts by eating junk. That translates into killer results, which motivates me to work out again. It’s a vicious, wonderful cycle. As Tony says, “I hate it… but I love it!”

As you can see from my pictures, I experienced much more significant improvements in my first 60 days than in my last 30 days. I don't blame P90X for that; I simply got lazy. After my first round of More ...
As you can see from my pictures, I experienced much more significant improvements in my first 60 days than in my last 30 days. I don't blame P90X for that; I simply got lazy. After my first round of P90X, I continued working out rigorously for three more months and reached the best level of fitness I had ever achieved. In all, I lost 27 lbs. and 8 inches from my waist.
Unfortunately, I had old shoulder an knee problems that got worse and worse each year, dating back before P90X, that pushed me to surgery. After several months of rehab away from P90X-type excercise, I am finally starting round 2 of P90X. I have a bit of catch up to do, but I look forward to surpassing my goals from round 1 and once again attaining a level of fitness beyond any I've ever experienced. Stay tuned.
