Weight has always been an issue in my life, although I don't remember being heavy until college. Trying many new foods and having an unlimited supply was heaven and I became overweight. I started with the P90 DVD's on 7/9/05. At first I could barely do 2 push-ups and the power yoga was not possible. I started looking at the WOWY groups and gym the end of July after I missed a More ...
I started with the P90 DVD's on 7/9/05. At first I could barely do 2 push-ups and the power yoga was not possible. I started looking at the WOWY groups and gym the end of July after I missed a couple days of of not pushing play.

I then joined the Pioneer 100 group and it has helped motivate me to keep pushing play and also encouraged me to try out the 3/4 level. I started doing the level 3/4 on 8/16 for half of that week and then on 8/24 I won't go back.

Had some depression and took afew extra rest days and blew the food part in Sept 05, but came back on track. I found I need to watch the scale, because if I can do something about it.

I need to make this my way of life with no excuses and with the help of the online groups and a buddy I think this is is possible.

I'm finishing my first session of P90 with a couple extra weeks of exercise the end of October. Then I will start Turbo Jam. I'm having some trouble getting started again, but I will do it.
