My name is Claudia. I'm a Mother to an unstoppable 3 year old. Who always keeps me on my toes. I have been on that “yo-yo diet” all my life. It never did anything for me and my body. At the end, I found myself heavier than I was when I started the diet. "Diet" I hate that word really.

It's been 2 months since my new "life style" change and I wouldn't trade this feeling for anything. I am starting a whole new and exciting journey with the help of wonderful people here on teambeachbody.com. I love the support, motivation and the nutritional guide TBB provides. I'm taking my new life style change one day at a time. I'm not starving or over exercising like I have been used to in the past that got me nowhere. With the help of Charlene Johnson workouts and TBB support I am now 20 lbs lighter and on my way to a healthy, energized, fulfilling life. I will be adding Shakeology to the mix very soon and continue this blessing in my life.
