I'm a wife, mother, and pharmacist. I like to read when I'm not cleaning up after my girls. In April 2007, I started investing in my health by making time for me to eat and work out. I love doing both. I hope to gain some motivation to continue on the path I've chosen to my ultimate health and fitness goals.

I purchases the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle ebook in April 2007. This helped me become aware of my eating habits and taught me how I should be eating. I then started using Cathe Freidrich home More ...
I purchases the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle ebook in April 2007. This helped me become aware of my eating habits and taught me how I should be eating. I then started using Cathe Freidrich home exercise videos, especially her weight workouts. Recently, I purchased some Cardio Coach guided exercise MP3 workouts and have started doing those. My plan for the next few weeks is to do at least 30 mins cardio 6X/week and lift weights about 1hr 3X/week and see what results I get.
