I joined the US Army in June of 2002. I was in the best shape of my life. In January of 2006 I was preforming an Airborne training mission at Ft Bragg NC and I tore a ligament in my left ankle. In june of 2006 I got out of the Army. My weight fluctuated. I was up to 240lbs at one point. I tried changing my diet and working out I couldn't find anything that really fit me. Then I saw P90X...
