Well i was just talking to my dad and so i figured i would nestel down and do this. If you would have told me when i was 10 i would have never believed you. From an early age my pediatration had my mother convinced that i would reach the height of 6'4" and loose my early age on set obestiy. Which happened I am now 6'4" how ever the obesity did not go away, In fact it did quit the opposite. I am now currently 353.2 pounds 6'4" and only 17 years old!!!!! i know i know, another freaking statistic for the american obesity association. However my goal here is not to brag about an old statistic but to start a new one. Im here to loose my new found and soon to loose title of "Morbid Obesity" and become a new statistic of teens who want to beat weight loss. But no not with magic pills or with machinces like the ab belt that have you conviced that you can loose weight and get in perfect shape without having to move a muscle or hit a gym or put forth any more effort then the click of a button. Trust me we have all hoped and dreamed for these solutions, but its just not gonna happen. I know that with hard work and dedication sets for a great out come. Take some of your richest people for example....they to had to start some where and did not become rich over night. If they had they probably would have spent it all by now because they wouldnt have valued there money. So by me working out and over time with my hard work i will come to value my body and the work that i invensted into it. Now im not sure if i am fully prepared for the mental part of my transformation. Yeah i will loose the weight but will i be able to do so with out cheating or breaking down and falling of my weight loss wagon? we all have that new gotta have it now mind set, and trust me i have the worst case. If i buy something from ebay i have to have the express shipping just because i cant wait that extra day or so for my item. I know my weight loss isnt gonna happen over night, but i need to stay focused and keep my eye on the prize. So along my side to help me in my transformation i have my dad. My dad is a big help when it comes to working out, my gym partner as we have nicked named each other. When i dont feel like going to the gym he is there to push all 353.2 lbs of me to the next step even if he is 204 lbs and only 6'2", a true example of how size doesnt matter. - Day 1 baby =P
