It didn't take long to realize that being thin and being fit were two very different things and I wanted to be fit! Ok so I have always been pretty thin, but not particularly strong. The last thing I wanted to be was a wimpy girl! So it began - push-ups, pull-ups - excuse me Tony have you lost your mind? 7 weeks More ...
Ok so I have always been pretty thin, but not particularly strong. The last thing I wanted to be was a wimpy girl! So it began - push-ups, pull-ups - excuse me Tony have you lost your mind? 7 weeks in I am amazed at the increase in my strength and stamina. Thinks like push ups I always assumed I would do on my knees I am now busting out up on my feet. Pull-ups are a work in progress, but I can get up there - I'm alternating between bands and the chair and it's fantastic! The tone and definition is fantastic. Will keep bringing it and keep you posted!!!!
