I am 46 YO and I am working in the Furniture design field, I am very creative and I like to think outside the box. I love to go for a bike ride and cross country skiing,Loads of cardio not weight lifting!!! I love water sports and walking in the city but also in the woods. So now time it is time to get in shape, I have to say not an easy task, I eat clean, no sugar or any fast food but yet I am I am 46 YO and I am working in the Furniture design field, I am very creative and I like to think outside the box. So now time it is time to get in shape, I have to say not an easy task, I eat clean, no sugar or any fast food but yet I am expanding , not good, this is not going to be an easy task it looks like.... we will see. I did P90X and I got result somewhat, I had a bike accident after and I lost all the ground I had gained, so back to square one. Hopefully this time is the right one.

I love it, I love it, I love it, I have been very fortunate to meet a bunch of great supportive people through the message board and it made all the difference in the world, I feel like they are my best friends, they understand what I am going through and they do not judge me, they are there for information, suggestion and just plain support. It is the best part and the most precious help anybody can get. Without encouragement, it is hard to stay motivated, I go online everyday to check the message board, it has become one of the best time of the day, I can share my ups and downs and they will just comfort me or laugh with me, no sarcasm or "it is just not going to happen, you won't stick to it" type of respond I usually get from my coworkers or people around me. I have been doing the w/o everyday, for at least 4 months now and I intend to continue with it as long as I can, I am feeling better everyday and my self confidence is growing, I am a better me everyday now. Thank you Beachbody and all my friends on the message board.
