word. Up until last spring, I was about 10lbs away from my weight goal of 135lbs. Unfortunately I gained 20lbs fairly quickly. I have struggled with trying to lose weight since about grade 7. I have tried TaeBo in the past
and haven't stuck with it because it isn't fun. Just hard. I am now maturing
and want to be fit and healthy NOT skinny.
