I have been happily married for just over 9 years. We have 3 beautiful children. Honestly, I feel incredibly blessed and wouldn't trade places with anyone in the world. I am a musician and songwriter and enjoy leading worship along with my wife, who is an amazing singer.

My fitness journey goes back a long way. I learned the value of exercise at an early age as my Dad often took us to the track and to the gym. However, I also developed a bad habit of overeating.  More ...
My fitness journey goes back a long way. I learned the value of exercise at an early age as my Dad often took us to the track and to the gym. However, I also developed a bad habit of overeating. Most of my life has involved the cycle of gaining weight and working it off.

Around age 33, I reached my peak of being out of shape. Suddenly, I found it almost impossible to stay trim while still overeating on a consistent basis. I was the heaviest I had ever been. My joints and feet hurt. I was constantly tired and felt old. Something had to change.

First, I tried more intense workouts (sprints, jump rope). But because my diet was unchanged, my gains were minimal at best. This past December, shortly after turning 36, I finally made the necessary adjustments. I cut sugar from my diet, began using portion control (eating until I was content, not stuffed), and keeping processed foods to an absolute minimum. During the spring, I dropped 15 pounds and felt much better.

Early summer, a friend recommended Power 90 and I decided to give it a try. With just a few days to go until day 90, I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m back to what I weighed at age 21 and feel fantastic. I’ve never been this trim in my life. But the best thing is that I feel young again!
