But my workouts and workout times were never consistent. I have concentrated on improving the consistency of my workouts and my eating habits. With the addition of shakeology and P90X to my life, a have reached a new level in exercise and fitness. My favorite time of the day is when my workout is complete and I feel happy and energetic.
