Henderson, NV I am a 43 year old former marine who has let myself slip gradually into obesity over the past 20 years.
As a child and throughout high school and into the Marines, I was always very active and participated in a variety of sports. After the Marine Corps, I was active with my daughter as a coach for her youth sports teams. As a child and throughout high school and into the Marines, I was always very active and participated in a variety of sports. After the Marine Corps, I was active with my daughter as a coach for her youth sports teams. For the past 10 years or so, my focus has been more on my work and making a living, than actually living my life and enjoying my family. As a salesman I have been plagued by the cycle of get to work, eat, wait for customers, eat more and so on. My weight has become a problem for me in the way that I feel about myself and has made me too self conscious to get out and do the things I want to do with my family. I am going to work this program and change my life by becoming more active and fit, I will be able to participate in my 3 sons sports and other activities with them and get them motivated to live a healthy, happy life as well. I have 4 children ages 23D, 10S, 8S and 6S and want to get healthy and active to have a better life for myself and to be able to live a long time and enjoy them.
Day 1 is September 22, 2009 and I am ready.. My birthday is October 30th and I will be on the path for a long and healthy life by that time. I will post my 30 day picture by then so you can see the results for yourself..

Yesterday we celebrated my sons 10th birthday and I was running around playing laser tag.. I have not participated like that in a long time.. My energy level is way higher that it was 30 days ago..
I am working out with mostly the Skakeology 30 minute workout. I am almost ready to start the 50 minute workout.. I enjoy the workout and feel better all day long after working out..
I have reduced my calorie intake but don't even notice. I am eating 5 times a day and taking my Shakeology as a "desert" at night after I get home from work..
Quite a different feeling from 30 days ago!!! Whoo Hoo!!!!!!!!!!
9/22/09 Here I am starting out. I am 43 years old knocking on 44. I am 6' tall and weigh about 400 lbs. (I can't believe I am admitting that.)I say 'about' because I haven't been on a scale in about 2 years. I haven't worked out in at least 2 years and am a bit frightened and at the same time excited. Anthony may just be the catalyst for me to turn my life around and start getting healthy and fit again.
