I am back again! I have used most of the programs offered off and on. Yes I am a DVD exercise junkie! Could be worse I guess. I never really let the exercise go- just take breaks once in a while. I am back again! I have used most of the programs offered off and on. Yes I am a DVD exercise junkie! Could be worse I guess. I never really let the exercise go- just take breaks once in a while. I am married with 4 girls- yes all girls- My oldest is 11 then 7, 4, and 2. With the last three pregnancies I have used my wonderful DVD's until week 35- at that point I feel I have deserved a break! I usually am too busy to start back into my routine until the littlest one is older. I tried to get back into it earlier this last time- that did not work! I am back at it full force again now though. I have really great results with the programs I have used and hope for more of the same. I have stayed with one program for the amount of time that they say, like Slim in 6 for the 6 weeks, then moved on to Slim series, then to P90X- love it. I then got into TURBO JAM! I am doing that now with a little of everything else mixed in for variety. I also have HIP HOP ABS, another great program. I have started this round as of September 4th, 2007. Everything seems to be going smoothly again this time around. Hopefully I will be ready for the summer soccer season next year. My girls will be older and easier to get to the games than it is now. Good luck to everyone and keep up the good work. I am starting another round of P90X to finish just before my 37th birthday. I may just have to get P90X+ for my B-day present! Things are going ok- I have hit several plateaus but am still plugging away. I am only 1 lb to my original goal- but I have changed that to 6 lbs left to go.......I can do it!!!! I just have to be positive and give it my all!
